About an hour before the game against the Warriors, news broke that Giannis Antetokounmpo would miss the game due to soreness in his left knee. This was disappointing for Bucks fans; however, the team still managed to secure a victory. In a recent interview, Bucks head coach Doc Rivers admitted to feeling a sense of pre-game panic about Antetokounmpo’s condition.
“Honestly, I didn’t even know; they came in, told me he was out. I don’t even know what it is because it was so late; I was scrambling, trying to figure out what we were going to do,” Rivers said.
