CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — With rain in the forecast and the goal of keeping Halloween festivities safe and enjoyable, both the City of Circleville and the Village of Tarlton have rescheduled their Trick-or-Treat nights.
Circleville officials announced Wednesday that Trick or Treat will now take place Saturday, November 1, from 4 to 6 p.m. , instead of Thursday, October 30. Mayor Michelle Blanton said the decision was made to ensure “safe and dry conditions” for families and young trick-or-treaters.
The city also has a Halloween movie night on 10/31, where costumes are encouraged in Ted Lewis park. Make sure to bring a few blankets and watch Hocus Pocus, expect some free snacks from the city and local supporters of this fun cause. The event starts at 7 pm.
“Safety comes first,” Blanto
