The Findlay Police Department is requesting help from the public in identifying an assault suspect.

Police say the individual in the surveillance pictures is believed to be responsible for a recent assault at Raising Cane’s at 1870 Tiffin Avenue.

Police say it’s believed the person was participating in a social media trend involving grabbing food from a restaurant drive-thru. As a result, the employee’s arm was grabbed and forced into the brick wall.

The employee’s injuries required surgery.

Tipsters may be eligible for a reward.
