STARK COUNTY, N.D. (KFYR) - One person is dead after a fatal rollover crash in Stark County.

On Thursday at about 11:03 p.m. MST, a passerby saw a crashed pickup truck in the ditch at 48th Street SW and 122nd Avenue SW.

A preliminary investigation says the pickup truck was going north on 122nd Avenue SW at an unknown speed when the driver lost control, entered the ditch and rolled.

The 44-year-old male driver from South Heart was not wearing a seatbelt.

The exact time of the crash is unknown.
