SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Meet today’s Stray of the Day!

Meet Andy: a 1 to 2-year-old, male, short-hair black cat. He was found on the 100 block of Sioux River Road. He may look angry in the picture, but the rescue said he's actually just extremely chatty. If you need a conversation partner, he's your guy.

Andy and many of his other black cat friends at the rescue will be available for adoption starting on Sunday November 2nd.
