An Oklahoma bishop and his wife have been arrested as part of an investigation into alleged embezzlement, according to police.
Oklahoma Pentecostal Church of God District Bishop Michael James Hall, 60, and his wife Vickie Marie Hall, 54, were arrested on Thursday in Lincoln County.
According to court documents, the couple stole $172,000 from Living Waters Pentecostal Church in Meeker and has since been booked into the Lincoln County Jail.
If convicted, they could spend up to 8 years in prison.
