A Prospect man arrested and charged with more than two dozen counts of possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material will face a grand jury in December, a judge decided Oct. 31.
Michael David Booth, 39, pleaded not guilty to all charges during an arraignment hearing Oct. 23. He is currently being held at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections on a $100,000 cash bond. During the Oct. 31 preliminary hearing, Jefferson District Court Judge Amber Wolf decided Booth's bond would not be changed and that he will face a jury during the week of Dec. 1.
