Two men died after basements flooded in New York City during record-breaking rainfall, officials said.

On Thursday, Oct. 30, just after 4:20 p.m. local time, police responded to a 911 call and learned a man had been trapped in the basement at 564 Kingston Ave., located in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn.
