(WGGB/WSHM) -- The former deputy director of Governor Healey’s western Massachusetts appeared in court again Friday.
Lamar Cook, 45, of Springfield was originally arraigned on Wednesday on drug and gun charges and, on Friday, he was back in court for a bail hearing.
The judge ruled that bail would be set at $25,000 for the gun-related charges. However, due to the serious drug charges in the case, Cook is now being held without bail.
Cook is due back in court on December 1.
Western Mass News was in the courtroom and will have more on Friday’s hearing starting at 4 p.m. on ABC40.
