ELKINS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) -- According to a probable cause affidavit, a now-former investigator from the Arkansas Division of Children Services was arrested for distributing, possessing, or viewing child sex abuse material (CSAM).
According to the report, 30-year-old Alejandro Hernandez taken into custody after a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led police to a video depicting the sexual assault of a child.
Hernandez was using the alias 'Juan Gonzalez' on social media, per the affidavit.
In the report, the investigator explains that they obtained a subpoena to inspect the social media account for 'Juan Gonzalez' and found "at least four other CSAM files that depicted pre-pubescent children being sexually abused by adults." The affidavit also says ther
