The Orissa High Court on Friday expressed displeasure with Berhampur SP Saravana Vivek M for making public comments related to an election case that is currently sub judice.
As per reports, the Court has sought an explanation from the SP, asking why he made such remarks while the matter was still under judicial consideration.
The High Court has directed the SP to submit his response by November 7, explaining why contempt of court proceedings should not be initiated against him. The case is also scheduled for its next hearing on the same date.
