It's Oct. 31 and Christmas music is playing on a Cincinnati radio station.

It’s the first radio station broadcasting the sounds of the season this year.
Other radio stations in the Queen City also play Christmas music, notably Warm 98. However, most stations do not begin holiday broadcasting until after Thanksgiving.
Why start playing Christmas music so early?
“We believe Christmas is the most joyful time of the year!" the radio station says on its website.
Not ready for Christmas music?
"All throughout the season, you can stream our regular music, commercial-free, on the STAR 93.3 app and on our website," the radio station said.
