Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy launched a scathing attack on the BRS and BJP during a massive corner meeting at Vengalrao Nagar in Jubilee Hills as part of the by-election campaign. Addressing a large crowd, he accused both parties of deceiving the people of Telangana and obstructing the state’s progress for over a decade.

Revanth Reddy reminded voters of the 2007 episode when the late PJR, known as the “people’s leader,” passed away. “Even the BJP and TDP respected PJR’s legacy and wanted his family to be elected unopposed. But who broke that tradition? It was KCR and his TRS who fielded a candidate against the PJR family. The same people now talk about values and sympathy,” he said.
