Jersey Shore restaurant stepping up to serve free children’s meals when SNAP benefits run out

Tony’s Baltimore Grill in Atlantic City is offering free meals to children from city families who receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits, starting Nov. 1.

The Atlantic City restaurant, one of the city’s oldest, announced the initiative on Thursday via Facebook .
