MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - A Ward County jury found a Minot man guilty of aggravated assault in a fight at a North Dakota State Fair concert last year.

Prosecutors said 23-year-old Jaeger Lundeen stomped on a woman who had gotten into an altercation with another woman on the ground during a 2024 State Fair show.

The victim suffered a broken nose.

At trial, Lundeen said he thought the victim was a man, and did not learn they were a woman until the next day. He said he believed they were striking and pulling the hair of the other woman, and he used his foot to try to break them apart.
