LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - One person was arrested months after a two vehicles were fraudulently purchased from a Lincoln auto shop, court documents show.
Lincoln Police said two vehicles were purchased by two men on July 29 and July 30 at B&D Auto Sales near 48th Street and Cornhusker Highway. During the course of the investigation, the two men were identified as 39-year-old Robert Pace and 34-year-old Bret Potter.
An officer responded to the car dealership on Aug. 19 on the report of fraudulent purchases that occurred a few weeks prior.
Two employees said the two men purchased a white Lexus for $10,716. Documents show one of the men provided a Minnesota Drivers License with a different name during the transaction.
