The industrial property at 5 Wheeling Road in the Dayton section of South Brunswick sits on 5 acres near Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, according to an Oct. 27 statement by Bussel Realty .

The building features 21-foot ceilings, six tailboards, one drive-in, 1,200 amps of electric power, and wet sprinklers. The property also includes additional land for trailer parking or outside storage.
