Scream 7 's first trailer showcased many of the new and returning faces joining Neve Campbell for the next Sidney Prescott-centered installment. One face notably missing, however, is that of Patrick Dempsey , seemingly contradicting the previous movies' indication that his character, Mark Kincaid, and Sidney built a family in the years after his franchise debut.
