Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story anthology series on FX became a fan favorite show in 2011, thanks to its over-the-top storylines, campy delivery, and meme-worthy moments. But once the series lost Oscar-winner Jessica Lange after the fourth season in 2014, subtitled Freak Show , the series slowly started losing steam. The last few seasons didn’t really enter the pop culture zeitgeist. But according to Deadline , for its upcoming 13th season, Murphy is pulling out all the stops. He’s bringing back series icon Jessica Lange, along with several notable actors from the show’s past, and even singer/ Wicked star, Ariana Grande.
