WARRANT

CONSTITUTION DRIVE: A 43-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for felony stalking Wednesday afternoon. The man, Russell J. Ellison, had an ankle monitor and police determined he was in a home on Constitution Drive. Officers arrived at the home, and after 30 minutes, they were able to talk to the man over the phone, and he surrendered, said Police Deputy Chief Brent Wasson. Ellison was bound over to District Court for felony stalking after his wife said he violated a protection order she had against him by calling her from a private number and putting up a sign along her drive to work telling her to meet him.
