It’s survive and advance for football teams around the state as the MSHAA playoffs are underway.

Five Boone County teams are in action on Halloween night. One already played on Thursday, while two others received bye weeks. Within the borders of the county, No. 2-seeded Centralia (8-1) will face off against No. 7 Versailles (0-9) in the Class 2, District 5 Quarterfinals.
