MINOT, ND (KXNET) — 31 days of frights and fun have all led up to this: Halloween night. Now, the Minot Public Library is ready to put on a fearful night like no other, as they're hosting a horrifying haunted house from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1 for free.
"Considering this haunted house, free is an appropriate price," librarian Emily Ostlund said. "We do have a free will offering if people feel so moved or if they've been to other library programs and they want to say thank you that way. Having free events is important for the community, because there's so many things happening in Minot, and a ton of them have admission costs."
Taking place in the basement of the library, the haunted house features a variety of spooks and scares, including skeletons, spiders, ghosts and ghoulish creatures.
