Heidi Klum kicked off the Halloween celebrations by paying a visit to the Empire State Building on the day before the holiday.

The 52-year-old supermodel had the honor of lighting the building on Thursday (October 30) in New York City.

Heidi went to the top of the building and stepped outside onto the observation deck, in the middle of a storm! The photos and video are both pretty crazy to see.

Heidi nearly got blown away by the wind and she somehow kept a hold of her umbrella.
