SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The baseball season can be a grind. For those in attendance at the Arizona Fall League, they’ll be suiting up well into November, almost nine months from when spring camp began. Which is why it’s so important to keep things loose – especially on Halloween.
So if you’ve gotta suit up, why not do it in costume?

The Fall League and Oct. 31 have long been a perfect combination that has led to players dressing up in the holiday spirit during batting practice. (Don’t worry, they found their uniforms in time for first pitch.)
“It's awesome, a lot of fun,” said Max Anderson, the Tigers’ No. 9 prospect . “I mean, we’ve got such a great group here that we’re playing with, it's making it a lot of fun to play baseball.”
