Mount Enterprise overcomes slow start against Overton, remains undefeated

OVERTON, Texas (KTRE) - The Mount Enterprise Wildcats overcame a 14-0 deficit to take down Overton, 60-42, in Week 10 action Thursday night.

The game was the fifth of the season in which Mount Enterprise scored at least 60 points. The Wildcats have scored at least 52 points in eight of their nine games.

Overton quarterback Rylan Holleman scored the first two touchdowns of the night to give Overton a 14-0 lead.

Mount Enterprise’s Kaegan Ash responded with three scores of his own to take a 20-14 lead into the half.

Mount Enterprise (9-0) looks to finish the regular season undefeated in a home game against Alto in Week 11. Overton (5-4) hosts Cushing.
