HARVEY, N.D. -- A 47-year-old man was killed Friday, Oct. 31, when a pickup collided with a combine in Wells County, N.D.
Just before 1 p.m., the man was driving a 2020 Nissan Titan eastbound on 29th Street Northeast, approximately 2 miles northeast of Harvey, according to a report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol. A 2025 Case Combine was traveling southbound on 39th Avenue Northeast, driven by a 23-year-old male from Harvey.
The intersection of the two roads is uncontrolled and neither vehicle yielded to the other, resulting in a T-bone collision, the patrol said. The driver of the Nissan died at the scene. The driver of the combine was not injured. Neither driver was wearing their seat belts, the patrol said.
