NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Lots of events happening on Saturday and the weather looks to cooperate for most of the day and part of the evening.
There is a MARGINAL risk for severe threat to the west of us in Texas, but it won't bring us anything beyond possible thunderstorms --- that's no severe threat for us here in southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi:
Taking a look at FUTURECAST to get a better idea as to when or if we could see any storms on Saturday:
Clouds will start to make an appearance in the northern portion of our viewing around noon-ish then some showers and storms will cross throughout the area starting 6 p.m.
Getting closer and closer to the cost after midnight into Sunday then out of here by 3 a.m. although some lingering coastal showers may remain.
