SAINT CATHARINES - Alexander Hage had a goal and assist, netminder Vladislav Yermolenko made 30 saves and added a rare assist, and the Niagara IceDogs beat the visiting Brampton Steelheads 4-0 in Ontario Hockey League action on Friday at the Meridian Centre.

Kevin He, Hayden Reid and Ryan Roobroeck also scored for the IceDogs (10-4-0-1), who took a 1-0 lead into the third period.

The IceDogs, outshot 30-26, went 0-for-2 on the power play. The Steelheads (6-8-1-0) went 0-for-3 with the man advantage.

Netminder Zach Bowen stopped 22 of 26 shots for the Steelheads.
