Two of the five juveniles involved in a Simi Valley parking lot attack in August admitted to felony assault and hate crimes, the District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced.

One of the two juveniles also admitted to his involvement in the criminal threat case at the same location in May, according to the Ventura County DA's Office.

Five teens were charged in connection with the Aug. 1 assault in a movie theater parking lot in the Ventura County community.

Sentencing for the two juveniles who admitted the charges is scheduled for Nov. 13 and Nov. 19.
