(KFVS) - It’s looking to be a bit of a soggy day.

Meteorologist Joi Alon says you can expect some rain showers today, especially in the afternoon, as a weak cold front moves through our area. This rain should not be heavy, and there are no severe concerns.

There will be plenty of cloudy coverage today as well.

Highs will be in the low to mid-50s.

If you are headed to the Murray Homecoming Game, make sure to bring an umbrella or a rain jacket!

Tonight, temperatures will drop to the low to mid-30s, making parts of the Heartland under a Freeze Watch.

Carter, Wayne, Reynolds and Madison counties in southeast Missouri are under a Freeze Warning.

For tomorrow, we are tracking highs to be in the mid-50s, with frost possible on Sunday and Monday morning.
