In a rebuttal to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's comments on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's plans for a Chhath Puja, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) MP Shambhavi Choudhary said that Rahul Gandhi "should not comment" on matters he does not understand.
