In Bucks County, we are starting to see some very deceptive political signage. It purports to be from the No Kings movement, and links “No Kings” with “No Retention” -- the EXACT OPPOSITE of the No Kings position. It even includes the No Kings logo, which is probably an actionable copyright violation.
Various media have already reported on deceptive mailers on this issue. These signs push the deception still further.
It is one thing to try to convince voters of the validity of one’s position. It is something entirely different to try to trick fellow voters into voting against what they actually believe. The people who produced and posted these deceptive signs should be shamed — and should really be prosecuted for copyright theft and abuse.
I hope all Pennsylvania voters will be certain
