GRAND FORKS — The former CEO of Langdon's hospital, charged with indecent exposure last October for reportedly masturbating in Grand Forks' Grand Cities Mall, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and was sentenced to probation.

Jeffery Dalton Stanley, 57, was originally charged with Class A misdemeanor indecent exposure - masturbation. The crime has a maximum penalty of 360 days in jail and a $3,000 fine.

Stanley was caught on video Oct. 21, 2024, masturbating while seated on a couch in a common area of the Grand Cities Mall, according to an affidavit filed in the case.
