Congressman Clark MacGregor (R-Minn.) will speak at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the East Grand Forks Senior High School Cafetorium, Dr. Rudolph Skogberoe, city Republican Club chairman, in charge of arrangements, has announced.
Congressman MacGregor, a candidate for the Senate now held by Democrat Eugene McCarthy, started in politics as a Republican block worker and has served as representative from the Third District since his election in 1960.
