The Indian Army is set to conduct a major joint military exercise this month in the high-altitude areas of Arunachal Pradesh. It is named 'Poorvi Prachand Prahar'. This will be a combined exercise involving the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The aim is to further strengthen coordination, technological capabilities, and rapid response preparedness for future wars.
All three forces will use everything from drones to high-tech systems. Defence spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Mahendra Rawat stated that the exercise will take place in the hilly terrain of Mechuka.
He said that this is a forward-looking exercise. It will test integration and coordination among the three forces across land, air, and maritime fronts.
