CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cavs continue their homestand at Rocket Arena on Sunday with a 6 p.m. Eastern matchup with the Atlanta Hawks, a team that underwent a dramatic offseason facelift in hopes of rejoining the Eastern Conference playoff conversation.
The Hawks leaned into a modernized approach, adding Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Luke Kennard and Kristaps Porziņģis to surround their young core with length, floor spacing and positional versatility. When healthy, Atlanta’s new-look roster has the potential to challenge some of the conference’s elite, including Cleveland.
