It's sibling rivalry week.

The Buffalo Bills host the Kansas City Chiefs in another edition of this continued rivalry, headlining the late window of Week 9 with a nationally televised contest.

Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes meet for the 10th time this week, but the numbers tell the story. Fair or not, Mahomes and the Chiefs have been the bigger brother in this matchup. Mahomes' bunch is 5-4 in the previous meetings, including 1-4 in the regular season.

Like a sibling that finally decides to plug in their video game controller, Kansas City has been a different beast in the playoffs – posting a 4-0 record against Allen and co. when it matters most.

These games are almost always close and that should remain the case in Week 9. Buffalo is trying to right the ship after stumbling for a few weeks before their Week 8 win. Kansas City is continuing to dig itself out of an early-season hole, but is now near full strength.

In what could be the final matchup between these teams at Highmark Stadium, emotions will run high as both teams set their sights on a potential rematch in January, but not before making a statement in November.
