KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KY3) - Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills prepare to host Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of last season’s AFC championship game.
The Chiefs won that outing and have won four straight playoff meetings since 2020. Buffalo is 4-1 in regular-season meetings over the same span in what has become an annual showdown between non-division rivals. Mahomes has topped 250 yards passing each of the past five games. Buffalo’s offense has been led by running back James Cook, who had a career-best 216 yards rushing and scored twice in a win over Carolina.
