GOSHEN – The wife of John Reilly, the Town of Chester highway superintendent who allegedly shot and seriously wounded a Door Dash delivery man earlier this year, has been indicted in connection with the May 2, 2025 incident at their home.
Selina Nelson-Reilly, 45, was charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence.
It is alleged that on that spring evening, an unarmed Door Dash food deliveryman who was lost and whose phone batter had died walked up to the Reilly home with a bag of food asked Reilly if he had placed a food order.
Reilly ordered the man to leave and when the driver attempted to drive away, Reilly came out of his home armed with a shoulder holster with a .45 caliber pistol. He racked the gun and fired a round into the front lawn and as the driver d
