Northern Colorado distance runners rarely disappoint.

That held true again this fall in the Colorado high school cross country season, capped off by a strong day at the state meet Nov. 1 at Colorado Springs' Norris Penrose Event Center.

Timnath took home another team title, a Heritage Christian runner just missed an an individual championship and several other athletes found the podium.
