Mitchell Hooper (born September 29, 1995) is a Canadian professional strongman and kinesiologist known for his rapid rise in the world of strength sports. In 2023, he made history by becoming the first Canadian to win the World’s Strongest Man competition, held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Hooper went on to secure consecutive victories at the Arnold Strongman Classic in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
