Arrested duo were tasked to carry out targeted killings of rival gang members in Punjab : DGP

In a major breakthrough amidst the ongoing drive to make Punjab a safe and secure state as per directions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, Gurdaspur Police has arrested two more operatives of radicalised gangsters Gurdev Jassal and Gurlal alias Gullu, associated with Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist organisation, and recovered three .32 caliber pistols along with live cartridges and magazines from their possession, said DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav here on Sunday.

Those arrested have been identified as Lovedeep Singh alias Love, a resident of Bains in Nawanshahr and Tek Chand alias Tinku, a resident of village Beesla in Behram, SBS Nagar.The de
