An Arizona state lawmaker will try again next year to let speeders and reckless drivers install a speed-limiting device in their vehicles instead of having their licenses suspended or revoked.
Republican Rep. Quang Nguyen of Prescott introduced the idea in a bill earlier this year , but it was rejected because of "no" votes by both Republicans and Democrats, who still question if the technology provides a valid solution.
