I’ve never been someone who has traveled the world, at least not like my husband has. His stories stretch across continents and decades, from his time in the U.S. Army to his high school band tours and countless Salvation Army events. He’s met people from every walk of life and gathered a treasure chest of experiences along the way.
Me? My adventures have been closer to home. Between raising kids, working, and keeping up with bills, world travel always seemed just out of reach. Still, over the years, I’ve realized something beautiful: we don’t have to cross oceans to experience the best parts of humanity.
