Agartala, 2 nd November 2025 : A shocking incident has rocked the quiet village of Buddhi Para in Magrum ADC Village under South Tripura’s Sabroom subdivision, where a youth allegedly launched a brutal attack on his father while under the influence of intoxicants.

Local sources informed that the victim identified as Chandramohan Tripura, was assaulted late last night by his son in a fit of rage. The altercation reportedly began when the youth, allegedly intoxicated, became furious upon finding no water in the refrigerator.
