ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) -- A man is booked into the Escambia County jail in Florida after being on the run for two weeks, accused of attempted murder. Jail records say 32-year-old Araujo Rojas Olvin-Adonay was arrested Saturday night.
A spokesperson for the Escambia County Sheriff's Office says he is a suspect in a shooting that happened late at night on Friday, October 25th, on Arlington Drive. Deputies responded to that shooting scene and found a man shot in his chest and arm.
The jail log also indicates the suspect has a hold from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. A spokesperson with the ECSO said they did not have information about his immigration status.
