IOWA CITY — Kirk Ferentz’s Iowa football team checked in at 24th in the Top 25 of the latest US LBM Coaches Poll , released Nov. 2.

This is Iowa 's season debut in the top 25 of the poll.

The Hawkeyes ' last game came in the form of a 41-3 steamrolling over Minnesota back on Oct. 25 . Iowa scored at least one touchdown on offense, defense and special teams against the Golden Gophers .

Since the gutting loss to Indiana, Iowa is now on a three game-winning streak. The Hawkeyes demolished Wisconsin and Minnesota with a one-point victory over Penn State sandwiched in between. Iowa is now 6-2 overall, including 4-1 in Big Ten play.

After the win over Minnesota, the Hawkeyes had a bye week to regroup before a highly anticipated matchup with Oregon on Nov. 8 at Kinnick Stadium.
