According to Baltimore County Police the shooting happened in the 6600 block of Wycombe Way at approximately 5:30 Saturday morning.

The woman told officers she had been struck by a stray bullet that came from a neighbor’s apartment, that woman was then transported to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Through an investigation officers found the 19- year -old who they say was in possession of the firearm when it was discharged, that 19- year- old now faces criminal charges.
