En and Stephen Swain have brought something relaxingly new to the Coast.

It's not a full-body massage, nor a sauna. It's a Japanese Head Spa.

"I [thought] we should bring this to Tasmania to bring the light to Devonport," Mrs Swain said.

They're the proud owners of Vital Glow Head Spa and Development, which opened last week at Hill Street in Devonport.

"It's a perfect location for us," she said.

"And so far we've been really, really busy."

The unique service, which has taken over the mainland, offers a "luxurious" scalp therapy through a waterfall head spa and integrates pre-treatment oils, aromatherapy massage and scalp care.
