JONESBORO — Pat Sebo-Hand, a current Jonesboro City council candidate and former City Council member, was recently removed from Jonesboro City Center but Sebo-Hand and Mayor Donya Sartor are giving conflicting accounts of what happened during the incident.
In a Facebook reel on Oct. 20, Sebo-Hand said she had been removed from City Hall that day as she was looking to help a fellow business owner.
She said she was told to see the court services and was directed to Police Chief Chris Cato, where they discussed the issue at hand.
During the conversation between Sebo-Hand and Cato, she said Sartor came running down the steps and inserted herself between the two of them, immediately starting to scream at her.
